- Weight Watchers Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch
- Leftover hamburger patty (made with pureed cauliflower and ground turkey -- from Deceptively Delicious cookbook)
- Leftover whole wheat couscous
- Sugar free Jello
Dinner
- Don't know yet -- probably more leftovers
- Will prep food for tomorrow tonight
Snacks
- Handful of raw almonds
- Lots of water (I'm almost done with 48 oz. as we speak!)
Activity
- Will be teaching Zumba tonight for an hour with Cecilia
Victories
- I said "No thanks!" to delicious looking brownies (that have haunted me ALL DAY LONG in the breakroom).
- Kay had a slice of cake with gooey chocolate on top that she cut up and gave to 3 of us. I RETURNED MY PIECE TO HER, uneaten.
